Founder & Principal Consultant

More than two decades of military and civilian experience across power generation, commissioning, operations management, maintenance, controls, high-voltage systems, marine engineering, and complex technical programs.

Jay works at the point where technical risk, operational accountability, project delivery, and commercial priorities meet. His experience spans the equipment level through enterprise-scale operations—giving owners and leadership teams advice that is both technically sound and executable in the field.

Directed daily operations across five battalions and more than 4,000 personnel, supervised engine and hull repair programs supporting 26 U.S. Army watercraft, and served as a U.S. Navy gas-turbine electrical technician.
